Mark Henry and his wife Jana have built a strong family foundation, with more than 20 years of marriage and celebrating 21 years together this April. They are proud parents to two driven and talented children who share their father’s passion for sports and entertainment. Their son Jacob is a member of the University of Oklahoma football program and has his sights set on pursuing a career in WWE following graduation. Their daughter Joanna (JoJo), continues to make a name for herself as an accomplished wrestler, earning an impressive 76-12 high school record and competing at the state championship level in Texas.

In February 2026, Mark watched his daughter Joanna compete at the Texas State Wrestling Championships. After a controversial loss put her in the consolation bracket, she fought back—pinning the only girl who had beaten her all season to claim third place. Mark’s pride was evident: “Sometimes revenge is sweeter than winning the title.” For a man who’s won world championships, watching his daughter overcome adversity meant more than any belt.
